The Repertoire Podcast

Chef Self-Development and International Employability with Aarthi Sampath - Ep. 129

Episode Summary

My guest today is Aarthi Sampath, she's beat Bobby Flay, worked at the Michelin-starred Junoon in New York, ran the food truck called Kukree here in Seattle, and is now the head chef at Chinese Tuxedo. Aarthi and I met when a restaurant real estate friend of mine brought her as a plus one to one of my farmers market dinners I used to do, and we basically hit it off from there, and this was a great opportunity to get some INSANE value points from her on the record in this conversation, as well as just catch up on how she's been doing in pandemic times. We spoke about Chefs on TV, Self-Development as a Chef, impactful books and career advice.
